The staff and volunteers at langtoun cycles are passionate and knowledgeable about cycling which is reflected in the products they stick and the experience I had when shopping there. We bought our toddler's first helmet from them, lights for my bike along with some bargain second hand cycling clothes. Their range of new bikes and accessories seems to be competitively priced and covers from commuter bikes to racers, with mountain bike and ebikes too. I am currently borrowing an e bike from the bike library they run which gives a free one month trial of e bikes, presumably to encourage people out of cars and on to bikes. This is a community enterprise and they renovate bikes that are donated selling them at very affordable prices with the safety of having been fully serviced first. I donated a some unwanted bikes which were either stripped for parts or sold cheaply at Christmas. Watch their social media too as they often run free maintenance classes.
